Delivery and Returns
Processing Time
Prop Orders - Processing times can vary depending on the size and complexity of the item ordered or workload at the time but generally I aim to have Large orders (shields, multiple orders or full suits of armour) ready to ship in 4-5 weeks or less and Standard orders (single helmets, shields or weapons) in 2-3 weeks or less.
Map and Artwork Orders - Maps and artwork prints will be printed and posted in 3-5 days.
Delivery Charges
Postage and packing/shipping charges are split into three size categories shown below.
*US Shipping costs have increased recently due to the increase on duties and imposition of tariffs on items shipped to the US.
Returns and Refund Policy
Returns are accepted on website listings within 14 days of delivery with the customer paying for return postage. Full refund will be issued on receipt of item. After inspection of returned item, if the item is damaged and therefore not able to be resold, some of the refund may be withheld.
If the reason given for the return is that the customer was unaware the item was made from FOAM, no refund can be issued as the products materials are fully listed in the product description and it is the responsibility of the customer to read the description before buying.
Custom commission orders are none refundable.
Items that are unable to be delivered to the customer for any reason and are returned to me will be reshipped to customer with customer paying half the subsequent shipping cost.
